This Returns, Cancellations, and Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Right to Cancel: Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return policy.

Returns: Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
